  1. When are student opportunities posted?

    Student employment opportunities vary throughout the year.  Generally speaking, opportunities are available for students during the summer months.  For example, recruitment for summer student positions can begin as early as February for those positions starting in May.

  2. I don’t see a student position posted on the website may I still submit a resume?

    You may upload your resume generally through Career Opportunities, although you’re encouraged to apply as positions become available.

  3. Which departments accept student positions?

    Department participation in student programs will vary from year to year. When student positions are posted this will indicate which departments are participating. Examples of departments that have participated in past include Environmental Service, Food Services, Health Information Management, Finance and more.
